Gladys Carredeguas, Esq., was born in Havana, Cuba. At the age of 4 years old, she emigrated and was raised in the Dominican Republic. In 2008, she then moved the United States where she finished her High School education. Gladys Carredeguas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication and Journalism from Florida International University.
Gladys obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from St. Thomas University College of Law. She graduated with a Business Law Certification and a Real Estate Law Certification. While attending to Law School, Gladys Carredeguas earned Dean's List awards and received the "Book Award" for the highest grade in International Law.
She is an alumni honor member of the St. Thomas Moot Court Honor organization. She also served as Vice-President of the Student Bar Association; Vice-President of the Cuban-American Student Bar Association; President and Founder of the Fashion Law Society; President of the SBA CDD; and Vice-Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Mentschikoff Chapter. She was also a member of the Immigration Law Society, Business Law Society, and Tort Law Society.
She is admitted to practice law in Florida, and she is a member of the sections of Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law; Family Law; Solo & Small Firm; Trial Lawyers; and Young Lawyers from the Florida Bar Association. Gladys Carredeguas, Esq., is a current member of the Cuban American Bar Association, the Miami-Dade Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Gladys is a trial lawyer who primarily focuses her practice in first-party insurance litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, slip and fall, medical malpractice, estate planning, probate administration, and immigration; advocating for the justice her clients deserve.
She has experience dealing with clients from different backgrounds, helping them and guiding them through the best possible outcome for their case. Helping clients understand the complexity of their case, whether it is a civil litigation matter or an immigration proceeding. Gladys is enthusiastic and enjoys communicating and providing clients with a positive experience and an aggressive representation.

Danielys Cardoso, Esq. was born in Florida, Camaguey Cuba. She moved to the United States in 2007 and was raised in Tampa, Florida. Danielys has a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in History from the University of South Florida from which she graduated Cum Laude.
Attorney Danielys obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Thomas University College of Law where she graduated Summa Cum Laude (Top 5%). During her time at law school Danielys served as the President of the Maritime Law Society, Vice President of the Immigration Law Student Association, member of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review, member of the Cuban American Student Bar Association, and Historian of the Caribbean Law Student Association. She also received a certificate in Maritime Law and Cali Book awards for Immigration Law and Professional Responsibility.
Danielys is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and is a member of the Young Lawyers section of the Florida Bar Association. Furthermore, she is currently a member of the Cuban American Bar Association.
After passing the bar Danielys practiced Family Law focused in the areas of divorce, child support, and marital settlement agreements. Her main area of practice today however, is immigration law. As a first generation Cuban immigrant, Danielys is an attorney that understands from first hand experience what her clients are going through. Her main goal as an immigration attorney is to represent her clients zealously because she knows what it feels to leave your home country in pursuit of a better life.

Sergio is a Cuban-American International Relations and Diplomacy major from Florida International University. With extensive experience in the insurance world and the legal industry he ensures that every client is properly inform of their case.
Graduated from Florida International University with a double major International Relations and Political Science. Sergio also has two certifications, “Asian Globalization in Latin America” and “Latin America Studies”.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Sergio also serves as paralegal and interpreter for the office, translating documents and understanding the needs of our clients. Sergio has been a Florida Notary for over 7 years.
Sergio has been in the insurance industry for 10+ years, working for several brokerage firms. Throughout his career, he was worked in different areas of employee benefits ranging from data entry, eligibility specialist, account coordinator, account manager, QA analyst, and now subject matter expert for EB Technology.
